Today is the anniversary of the British declaration of war on Nazi Germany in 1939. The trigger for war was the German invasion of Poland, capturing what had been West Prussia before the Treaty of Versailles gave it to Poland. Hitler used his version of 'Shock and Awe', the Blitzkrieg' tactic.
It is worth remembering today that Hitler gathered the support of the German people by classic false flag attacks (codenamed Operation Himmler) in which the Nazis simulated Polish aggression towards Germany.
Hitler denounced the 'international terrorists' who were threatening German 'Homeland Security' and launched a pre-emptive 'defensive' attack.
